Broccoli Salad Recipe - Low Carb
A tasty, simple, and perfect for picnics or as a quick side.
Ingredients
- 6 cups broccoli
- 1/3 small onion chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup almonds chopped
- 2 tablespoons red vinegar
- 8 slices cooked bacon chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper, in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coat.
